Consignment is a 60/40 split on anything priced under $100. $100-$399 is a 50/50 split. $400 and over is a 40/60 split, 60% going to the consignor. On high end luxury items we will sometimes split up to 70% back to the consignor. This is a case by case basis. We only take things seasonally for consignment. We do not contact you to let you know if you have sold items or when your consignment period is ending. It is your responsibility to check this. Feel free to call or email us with these questions.

Cash Buy Out we will offer you 15-25% of what we originally price the item for. We take all seasons of clothing & accessories all year for this option. 

Before bringing in your items you MUST look thru them to make sure they are free of stains, holes, broken buttons or zippers. Please know that we are not a donation center. We put great pride and effort into presenting the best quality of items to sell. If something does not look brand new, please DO NOT BRING IT TO US. Items must be turned right side out and folded. Items with excessive wrinkles & bad odors will NOT be accepted. All shoes & purses must be wiped down, pockets cleaned out and no wear showing on the inside or outside (toe marks, peeling materials, scratches etc. If items are brought to us in unsatisfactory condition, it is possible, we will contact you to no longer bring in items. The better your items are presented to us the better chances they have of being chosen to sell and sell at the best prices! Condition matters!!!

 Upon opening an account and or dropping off items you will be asked if you would like for us to DONATE OR RETURN any items we are not able to use. If you choose return we will do our best to go through your items at the time of drop off. If we are not able to do that we will go through your items within 48 hours. You will be contacted and expected to pick up your items immediately. We reserve the right to donate any items that do not meet our selling standards for conditions that might have been overlooked at the initial time of drop off. 

If you choose for us to DONATE any items, we are not able to use we are happy to do so. Please have your clothing separated  from any accessories. Hanging items are welcomed but your hangers will NOT be returned to you.  We will go thru your items at a later date. We will donate any items that are not in accordance to our guidelines. You will not be contacted by us. The better your items are presented to us the better chances they have of being chosen to sell and sell at the best prices! Condition matters!!!

WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR DESIGNER BRANDS! Please note at this time we do not accept clothing drop offs from the 25th until the end of the month. We will gladly accept your accessories. Purses, shoes & jewelry.
